We have developed a highly targeted campaign strategy to address their challenge of reaching high-net-worth individuals in a competitive luxury real estate market to a newly established brand. This involved conducting in-depth market research to identify audience behaviors and preferences, creating tailored messaging that emphasized the exclusivity and value of their offerings, and designing high-impact visuals to capture attention. We implemented a multi-channel approach, combining precision-targeted PPC ads with performance-driven paid media campaigns. These efforts were meticulously monitored and optimized to ensure maximum ROI, resulting in a significant increase in engagement, qualified leads, and conversions over a six-month period.
Campaign Performance
We boosted the number of clicks from 1,480 in April 2024 to 2,880 in July 2024, achieving a 93% growth. Additionally, we expanded our meta ads reach by 300%, growing from approximately 50,000 to 200,000 in July.
The most impactful change came in the form of qualified leads, which surged from 4 out of 50 in April to around 15-20 out of 50 in July, resulting in a 275% increase in conversion quality.
